Our Process
Offering a very straightforward process, CST ensures your needs are met with ease. By either filling out a form or calling us, you can secure your water.
A form includes all the details we need to get the ball rolling. This form covers the water service type, number of tanker loads required, your preferred date and time, the delivery address, payment type (cash on delivery, credit card, on account or internet banking), your name, number, email and any delivery notes or instructions for the delivery.
We strive to have your water delivered within your time preference. In some cases we can arrange next day delivery. While we always aim to get your water to you promptly, next day delivery is usually more possible during the off-peak seasons, like winter.
The middle of summer is the peak time for our service. This period can mean a surplus of orders for us, so it may become more difficult for you to get your water right when you want it. Sometimes in this peak period, it can take 2-3 weeks to fulfill orders. Specify your date and our team will let you know if this is possible. If not, we will find another time that suits you. The sooner you get in for your order, the easier it is for both parties to secure a date that is suitable.
Once your date is secured, our team considers your delivery instructions to ensure that these are met with the utmost consideration and care. The CST team’s delivery driver will call you on the way to the job to provide updates and to let you know that they are on the way.
Once the driver arrives, they will fill your water storage tank or swimming pool and you’re good to go! We deliver water throughout the Waikato region; including Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Morrinsville and Matamata
The CST team has the ability to provide 6,000 and 13,000L in a truck load. If your property access allows it, a 23,000L delivery is possible if required.
